How do I cancel my order?To make you experience here at Palmita Lashes a smooth and speedy experience, we begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. All Sales Are Final.

How can I change shipping information?Our system will print labels to the exact address that was entered, because of this we are unable to change the shipping information, we reccomend reaching out to the carrier and making the address change from their end to ensure you receive your goods.

Do you offer return and exchanges?Please be advised that we do not offer refunds of any sort, and do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
